$1300 for a brand new intercooler including piping and free delivery.....Great Price!! :-)

Count me in for a 70mm core intercooler for an R32 GTS-t.

I will have the money buy the end of July.....as long it IS the end of July (3 pays between now and then!!)

PM me if a deposit is needed earlier. Thanks

Ok guys. For those of you who definately want these kits, drop us a fax order (get the order form from our website - www.nismo.com.au) or come in and put down payment or deposit and we can get the first batch of these coolers done up.

This offer can only stay open untill the end of July :)

I'm pending at this point.

My interest isn't the worry, just the cash (isn't it always?)

Money tree out the back died.

How about the re-fitment of my Blitz BOV, as it currently resides on the pipe between the FMIC I'm running now and the throttle body. The stocky is unplugged. Extra cost?

How about the cost of new piping from the throttle body to the place where the kit you are offering starts, so I can eliminate the stock piece of garbage and have you's mount the Blitz one along there somewhere?

Thanks for your help, it's a top deal and I hope I dont miss out.

ZERO.......... I will be fitting mine when I get it. I will be doing it at my brothers place on the central coast, as the guy he lives withs brother has a hoist at his workshop 5mins drive from there house if we need it!. Im willing to help ya if you trust me with cutting implements!!!:D

Sorry peoples. Been flat out. Nick re: Blitz BOV. Will have to check set up to quote on fitting your BOV. I would assume that there would be extra cost involved but should be minimal. Extra cost involved for instalation of the pipework running across the top of the engine would not really warrant the gain you will recieve. Can still do but will have to work out price with john. (sorry for useless info but will suss out).

Zero- Fitted cost for front mount fridge on your car $1700.00 ($400.00 fitting). Or you can go with the Balangalow axe murderer (joking XEQTOR). Not a hard job, just a bit daunting to get right with cutting the bar etc if you havn't done before. Takes our techs an average of 5 hrs to do (and they have installed heaps of them), so leave yourself approx a day to fit one properly.

$200.00 deposit is cool.

Can the guys at UAS organise to get the pipes HPC coated (for extra cost obviously)? I'm located in Perth and noone does thermal coatings here.

Would love to minimise any heatsoak (on the return pipe over the engine especially).

If they can organise that, definitely interested in the FMIC kit.

Does the intercooler have some brackets on the bottom to support it, or just the tab at the top?

Ta

Conrad

I am interested in this too - Do we have enough for the 10 person discount ? (Funds/Deposit by the end of July is fine with me) - And I'll be picking it up too

QUESTION: will this kit fit in the back seat of an R33 ?

(No Not permanently - just for transportation ... hehe)

I'm thinking about the 90mm core version, but would need to know how efficient the core is to make that decision...Do you have any honest figures ? Otherwise I'll probably be content with the 70mm core...

Bl4ck32: I'm in Adelaide too and I have sent a fax off to UAS to place my order and to pay a $200 deposit. Go to their website at Unique Autosports and download an order form. Make sure you put a note on it to say that it is part of the group buy.

Ring them up and speak to John if you have any questions. I spoke to him today and they have been pretty busy with stocktake stuff over the last couple of days.

I also confirmed that shipping will be free!! Gotta love that! :) Can't wait until the end of July.....just need to get a few more bits and pieces and then get someone to install it all for me.

Hey man, I just spoke to someone there and he rekons its about $100 freight to Adeliade?

How do I pay the deposit though? The man reckons a money order, (cause I dont do credit), so do I get one for a hundered bucks or so, then sent it to them?

How long before we get it, if we order say in the next few days?

    • It would be different if the sealant hadn't started to peel up with gaps in the glue about ~6cm and bigger in some areas. I would much prefer not having to do the work take them off the car . However, the filler the owner put in the roof rack mount cavities has shrunk and begun to crack on the rail delete panels. I cant trust that to hold off moisture ingress especially where I live. Not only that but I have faded paint on as well as on either side of these panels, so they would need to come off to give the roofline a proper respray. My goal is to get in there and put a healthy amount of epoxy instead of panel filler/bog and potentially skin with carbon fiber. I have 2 spare rolls from an old motorcycle fairing project from a few years back and I think it'd be a nice touch on a black stag.  I've seen some threads where people replace their roof rack delete with a welded in sheet metal part. But has anyone re-worked the roof rails themselves? It seems like there is a lot of volume there to add in some threads and maybe a keyway for a quick(er) release roof rack system. Not afraid to mill something out if I have to. It would be cool to have a cross bar only setup. That way I can keep the sleek roofline that would accept a couple bolts to gain back that extra utility  3D print some snazzy covers to hide the threaded section to be thorough and keep things covered when not using the rack.
    • Probably not. A workshop grade scantool is my go to for proper Consult interrogation. Any workshop grade tool should do it. Just go to a workshop.
    • In my head it does make sense to be a fuel problem since that is what I touched when cleaning the system. When I was testing with the fuel pressure gauge, the pressure was constantly 2.5 bar with the FPR vacuum removed. When stalling, the pressure was going up to 3.0 bar (which is how it should be on ignition).
    • ECUtalk pages don't mention they support the ABS computer (consult port has more than one CAN), so you might just need a different scan tool. But, I would expect ABS is a different light to the brake warning/handbrake light, do you see an ABS light come on for a few seconds when you turn the key from ACC to IGN? But since you said: I'd have a look at the ABS sensors in the rear hubs to make sure they are not damaged, disconnected etc.
    • OK, if it idles at 1000+ with the AAC, its not an idle airflow problem. The cold start valve just gives extra air when the engine is cold, but you have enough air without it to idle at 1000. I think you are back to a fuel problem, sorry. Can you see the fuel pressure staying constant or does it drop as the revs drop to a stall?
