-SKYLINE-
Hey As i said before i have just recieved my motor after 4 months of waiting and im looking at changing the GTR system to 2WD. I bought my self a RB25 sump to bolt on as i have been told that they will bolt straight up. On removing the transfer case i noticed that the RB26 oil sump and system was far better designed than that of the RB25. So this is what im possibley thinking........... getting the transfer case taken off of the sump and welding or putting welsh plugs from where the shaft was. Hence better oil flow and larger oil capacity!! Thought and ideas.................... Any one know where i could get this done?? Cheers Adam Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/174855-modifiying-transfer-casesump-on-rb26/ Share on other sites
Bl4cK32
might be better to ask in the driveline section. There has been a thread in the last week about 2 people who have done the same. If u must fit the rb25 sump, you could just get it setup with a larger capacity and baffles / gates to stop surge.
