Cat Back Exhaust Question

Hi

Just wondering is it possible to install a 3" catback exhaust to a stock turbo R32 without replacing the front/dump pipe and cat?

How much roughly would it cost if I get an exhaust shop to fit it for me? just that I know and avoid getting overcharged.

Running that one on my car at the moment, until I sort out replacements for stock front and dumps.

is it legal quiet? or still loud?

Quiet. Too quiet for me.. I want a louder car.

This is with stock turbos, stock dumps and front pipe, and what looks to be a compliance cat.

Still has a decent note, not what I'd ever call stock sounding, never could be with that size tubing but very acceptable at idle and highway speeds.
