hey i have never used the plenum so i couldnt tell you any gains, i bolts straight up to the bottom half of the standard manifold

and it uses a xf throttle body

the turbo is pretty much sold

its a garrett not sure on the model

its done about 20000k's i had it checked out today at turbologic in wollongong and was told its in good working condition

and i have been told the inlet manifold is a jd cuxtom by my mate that ordered the package for me sorry for any confusion
