It's not a straight fit, it requires a little modification.

R34 is 40mm shorter in wheel base, so it will sit 40mm further in from the bumper. May touch on the diff. I put an R33 exhaust on my R34, I just took 40mm out of the centre section.

looks pretty much catback...has a resonator instead of a centre muffler so guessing its pretty loud.
