One of my injectors has cracked and I replaced it ever since then it feels like the car is running on 5 cylinders. Please help as I dont want my car to die!!!! NISZILA Posted July 23, 2007 Share Posted July 23, 2007 Try reseting the ecu... may do nothing, but its easy to do. It will make the car start learning its fuel mixtures etc again. Do this by diconnecting the battery and then get in the car and turn all the lights on, your foot on the brake etc. This will drain the remaining charge in the system. Do this for about 5-10 min. Try pressing your horn. If it does nothing, your discharged. If it makes a sounds keep going a little longer Once you've done that, reconnect the battery and test it out.
