Dude, not to be rude, but can you please use some sentence structure. Maybe throw in a full stop here and there so we can actually figure out what you are saying.

mmmm i dunno wot the kafuffle is i cood read it ok.oh and thanks for the info mate i apreciate it even if others just have time to pik on ya spellin and gramma.i for one am not up there in the educational stakes but what the hey i dont realy care but i spose seing im not a educated person ill just keep my findings to myself.---------------sorry guys im just a little disgruntled at the reaction to a guy who was just trying to help.

I second that. Leave the guy alone: you get the gist of what he's saying. I appreciate any help I can get, which is a good thing, because the minister for war and finance (the missus) says I need as much as I can get...

I'm not bagging him, all I'm asking is that he use some sentence structure.

It DOESN'T have to be perfect, I don't care if he (or anyone) uses lower case letters everywhere, but something as simple as a full stop added in at the end of each sentence helps a lot.

hey guys sorry if i not write perfect but unlike some i dont sit at a desk i only get a few mins to write this up between jobs. i hope it helps some people and as for the reclamping bit no he injects them with pollima its stuff nassa uses and invented .

what happens to ya joints is the plastic insert inside the housing which cups the ball to stop it moving wears and that where ya movement comes from.

he fills the joint wiht this pollima and it goes off hard it is a lot stronger then the standard plastic insert.

he also greases the joint to prevent wear and fits a grease nipple to the joint as well so you can service it unlike the standard one which is a sealed unit that is why they flogg out. i have a brand new nissan joint i orded and the difference in the joints was so noticable the genuine one moves so easy and the rebuilt one is a lot tighter and i think better but all i can say is ring the guy and he will explain it alot better then i can .

in the end its your choice i was only trying to help in the future i will keep to my self .

only reason i posted was cyrus told me you were a top bunch of guys from what i have seen i here most are top lads who like help and like to help others . cheers to you guys and others keep paying some one to fix your car for ya . i can handle a joke but if your problem is my education then get a life

and i would like to say sorry to the guys who help and like to help others .

this was not directed at you guys only the people with nothing better to do

in simple term if you want your joints fixed which i done and liked call his numbers which i have posted

Good to hear it is sorted Bernard!

Not to hi-jack the thread or anything, but just from my dealings with Bernard, I found him to be a very honest, down to earth guy who has built several very tough cars in the past and I believe will do wonders with my old beast, just give him a chance like we first did with Yudi eh!

That and I still cant find the warrantee paperwork Bernard, I'll ring up AVWG today when I get a chance to see how we transfer it across to you.

Thanks bernard

enjoy Ska's old car, great pickup youve got there.

Got my beast booked in for the final tune in one months time, (brake lines/rotors/pads + flush, adj.cam gear pulley, relocated oil filter, attessa fluid flush, full service + dyno tune 2xpiggybacks). I will ask the mechanics as they are working along to give the Stagea a good look-over. But *xfingers* I dont have any issues at this stage.

expecting around 205awkw at 1 to 1.1bar :)

which is exactly my goal. been right on 30k incl car, my original budget, so Im sure I'll be happy with that.

thanks cy i will look into it and thanks tangles i love my stage big plans for this car as bigger turbo is sitting on my bench its a hybrid t34r top mount manifold 48mm externial gate and thing everyone loves ? the screamer pipe in process of getting 750cc injectors z32 air mass meter just arived as well .

ready to start the fitting process soon .

oh and cy that fuel pump cradle arived today after a week of it being lost in transit so no more fuel smell .

stoked as ha ha it to cold to drive around with windows down.

    • So.... the K&N air box thingo was too big, ended up gifting it to a mate, well, by gifting it he actually supplied food and beer at the pub,  which was nice, as it will not sit on a shelf in the garage for the next 10 years I did trim up some of the existing stuff to neaten it all up and gave it some wrinkle paint, unfortunately it currently has a used and abused mish mash of different types of hose clamps, 4 big fat T bolt type (shit), and a few normal clamps of vairing sizes and brands, but..... only until the 6 constant tension black worm clamps that I ordered from EFI solutions turn up next week Currently the current hose clamps are triggering me hard, LOL Is this the final version, probably not, I really want just 2 silicone pieces, a straight bit of silicone from the filter to the MAF is easy and will happen as soon as I head into Just Jap tomorrow, the problematic part is a 30° silicone bend from the MAF to the TB that I can connect the engine breather from the head, I found that there are bulk head fittings for boat bilge pumps that should work, but until I can get a 30° silicone bend the alloy pipe, and the 11ty thousand hose clamps, are there for the foreseeable future 4 hose clamps are golden, 6 are grudgingly acceptable, the 8 currently holding it all together is just taking the piss    I've also ordered 60 more retaining wall blocks for the front yard, I mis-gonculated the height that was required to get above the base of the Photinia's (red robin's) that are the hedge behind the front fence, currently it is 2 blocks high, and about 1/2 a block short, so going 3 blocks high will be above the base of the red robin's, and allow some room for mulch
    • It is the stock air box with the panel filter. Everything else is stock except the exhaust at this point, as I also went back to the cleaned 270cc injectors. I will check the RPM when the IACV is unplugged and report back.
    • As MBS suggested if this is happening when the engine is cold you're going to want to remove the intake air regulator and verify resistance + that the shutter is physically opening and closing. At -20C should be fully open, 20C half open, over 60C fully closed. At 20C should be 70-80 ohms. For AAC valve testing using a Consult cable see if you can raise and lower the idle by commanding more or less AAC duty cycle. Hopefully it's pretty linear as well, shouldn't be like 30% AAC valve is barely idling and 40% is 1500 rpm.
