There are many different incarnations of the TD06 20G. There is a TD06-20G, TD06H-20G, TD06N-20G, TD06S-20G, TD06L-20G and TD06L2-20G. Then there are the optional turbine housing sizes as well. There are 8cm, 10cm, and 17cm housings available for the 20G based compressors. So there are 6 different turbine wheel options to mate to the 20G compressor plus the 3 housing options. There are also compressor housing options but the 20G wheel performs about the same in all of them, even the little TD05 based housing.

There are also different versions of the 25G (T67) although not as many. TD06H-25G, TD07-25G and TD07S-25G. I think there is one more but I'm not sure of the name. Turbine housing options for the 25G are as follows. 8cm, 10cm, 17cm and 22cm. So 3 or 4 turbine wheel choices and 4 housing choices. The 25G is available with a 4 inch inlet or 3 inch inlet on hte cover.

Some of these may not apply to your application but maybe helpful for the archives or just in general.

Ok... here's some pics and some more info. its a TD06H-20G. On the compressor wheel its got the trust part number: 49179-52010 which is different to the part number on the trust blue plate (49179-01190) It also has 0/8 and H9 written on it. The exhaust housing has a Q then DUCM then 2 then 6G also 7 9-14400. Dunno if this means anything... any more idea's of HP and spoolup time?

Ahh.. another choice that I wasnt even aware of. Thanks for pointing that out.

Now on to the turbo itself. I cant say with any certainty at what rpm the turbo will spool on your application as I am not familiar with the performance of that turbine housing. I will say that the TD06H-20G in an 8cm turbine housing is capable of 450+whp at its limit on a 2.0L engine. I have made right at 400whp on the smaller TD05H-20G 7cm on a 2.0L. The 20G compressor is rated at approximately 44lbs/min depending on who you ask.

Now to the turbine wheel. The TD06H turbine mated to a larger compressor can deal with power levels nearing 550whp. I have seen a 2.0 dyno 611whp on a 75 shot using a TD06H turbine wheel in a 7cm housing.

I know that this is not a direct answer to your question, but hopefully it will provide some insight to what you can expect out of the turbo.

    • Got the passenger door on plus the master cylinder and booster. Loaded up to take it home. At home, the colour changes a lot in the light.
    • Nothing cheap, but I have seen the AC Hydraulic DK13HLQ which is pretty close to what you're asking for. The problem is the hydraulic cylinder mandates that the back of the jack be a certain height and Skylines have fairly deep inset floor jack points. A more certain and cheap option is to get some nominal 2x10 inch lumber boards and have one board be 1.5 feet, the other board 3 feet. Glue it all together with lots of clamps to maintain pressure. Make two of these. The ramp suggested above is a good idea, it takes quite a bit of clutch slip to get over each of the boards. I only need the first ~1.5 inches for my low profile jack on a standard ride height car but a lowered car you want to go up to the full ~3-3.5 inches. Paint it or store indoors if you want it to last.
    • Ok. And Nistune? I read (here too) mainly on Stagea threads that it can by "turn off" with Nistune. But they say they still had the sensor plug in. Next week iam going to the Nistune(and other ECUs) tuner so i can finally make it work. I drove the car home and apart from the cut it drove great. No misfire no smoke no hesitation or rough start...so hoping it is this sensor that is missing
    • I just stack 2 pieces of 200x50 timber on top of each other. Total length about 900mm, with the top one being a little shorter and both having a 45° angle cut on them to make the front edge a bit of a ramp. Put these in front of each front wheel, drive up on them, throw the trolley jack under. Takes 1 minute. Scissor jacks can eat a bowl of dicks. I never use on under my car unless desperate.
