Gtr Over Boosting

Hi guys i have just put my new motor in and it is over boosting,there dosen't seem to be any air pressure going through the vaccume hoses,would this happen if i have put them on ass about.there is no air comming from the small hose at the back of the plenum either,this is where i have my bleed valve.I have no idea what is going on hope one of you guys can help.

The hose must be blocked.

No way the hose coming out of the plenum will be without air coming... gotta be blocked

Do you have a compound guage?. If in doubt bridge it out!
