I have sent 6 emails now from 17/7/2007 up till yesterday and have yet to receive a response from them.

Is anyone else having difficulty getting a response??

Does anyone have a contact number for them at all??

I sent an email 18/07 and 26/08 with no response so I bought the parts I wanted locally. It cost more but at least I got them.

I know there was a week of Japanese holidays in there somewhere as well, which turned into a couple of weeks for some companies. I did get their usual auto-reply emails though so I'm pretty sure the emails have landed at their end.

It's a bit disappointing though as I've always told ppl how good Greenline are, especially compared to another un-named internet company...

That's very strange... I always get a prompt reply, and couldn't be happier with their communication and service.

I have had no contact for 2 months now on a huge sale. I have sent a bunch of emails from 2 different addresses. And they can't even send me so much as a courtesy reply. My mate also has heard nothing on his enquiry.

Maybe there is something wrong with there email? i brought heaps of gear from Greenline in the past with instant response. i ordered some gear a couple of weeks ago, it took about a week for a reply (which was odd) but when the mail did come it came it had (resent) on the end of the topic????

dunno but my experience with Greenline has always been tops. Have spent about 10k with them.
