so entered my 3 mobile address that i use for work on the company phone, little did i know

how can you tell if a lsd is still in good nik just by looking at it?

generally you cant tell if the lsd is any good until a good 30 minutes after you've bombed it... cant tell by just looking at it, one tab looks the same as any other

When setting them up properly you use a torque wrench to test the torqueand you use shims to adjust the torque so you can use the same technique but you will have to make up something to attach the torque wrench to the hub.

EDIT!! Just actually read your post....you can't tell by looking at it.
