Temp Thermostat

I have a r32 gtr , the airconditioning system has been removed, before i got it , but my thermometer ambient temp display isnt working it shows -30

all the time, what controls the sensor ? would they have removed something when they removed the aircon??

also if anyone has a tut on how to reinstall the aircon system let me know as i think i still have all the parts.

The sensor is on the AC fan.
