i had no fault codes... when i have the motivation will give everything a clean, AAC, IAC, etc... there are tutorials in the DIY section

well I dont know for sure..( as I have only cleaned the IAC valve on the pulsar ) but I would assume the same thing applies to the RB motors.
what do the sparkplugs look like? is the colour ok ?

went from 7's too 6's. they looked a little white last time, asif it was running lean, but the dyno showed healthy AFR's, coolant temp sensor was just replaced on a hunch, TB has been cleaned, idle control valve functions correctly... i am stumped, as are a few mechanics

  I _think_ that one has a christmas tree or some other retainer spike into a hole in that panel under it. Come in under it with thin scredrivers and just pry it gently up. If you rip the ears off the retainer pin....so what? Just stick it back down after with a bit of race tape and carry on with life.

  Have pulled the fuel pump hanger out of the tank, wires all look good and still connected. Plenty of old dried up fuel caked on everything. i got a new DW200 pump to replace the old one, thought it was a good idea while I've got everything out. What's the trick to getting the blue fuel pump harness disconnected from the boot floor? Just rip it out?
