Assassins Creed On Ps3

Just got this last night and it is insane, however there is one problem... both my brother and i want to play at our own pace but i cannot seem to save a different file to his current game without overwriting it.

Anybody know how i can save two different files one for him and one for me? Any help or information would be great.

P.S I am running it on the 40gb PS3.

dont know much about ps3 , but cant you create 2 accounts on the system and just log into yours when you want to play? thats what the 360 has...

As said above,

make another account on the PS3 for your brother.

You can only have 1 save game file per account on the PS3.

That goes for the majority of games on the PS3

Make another account? Do you mean for online or what... i have never run into any options about making an account or having a extra account.. i may have to look further into this with my brother also as he played it first.

on the PS3s hub/main menu thing, where all the options are, you can make another account.

think of it like a computer...

its got nothing to do with online, but each account has its own saved games, own settings for display etc etc etc

Yeah fixed it up last night, much thanks to Rekin for the information.

trism, yeah found out there is a lot more options then i thought - the only confusion i had was a possibility of having offline and online accounts, mixed me up.

haha ye the ps3 is a bit confusing at first especially with no user manual.

It's annoying how you have to make an online account for every PS3 account on the console.

how far have people gone? I've had it about 2 weeks and out of the 3 main cities (with 3 sections each - roch, middle and poor) i'm just over half way.. and that's doing everything (all view points, saving ppl etc). EXCEPT for the damn fkn flag pieces of sh!t. that would take ages.

killer game. i can see the flaws but i cant wait for the improvementts in number 2 (there has to be one).

I finished it after about 4-5 days doing all the bonus stuff except flags. I did manage to get all the assassins flags though. the last couple of missions are kind of tough though.

Bought my copy on ps3 late november and finished it early december playing on and off between that and COD4. Its a great game with some good ideas but I found some of it a bit repetative. I finished it with all view points done saved all the citizens and did all the interrogations.

I finished it yesterday.... the only thing outstanding that I havent done is the finding all of the flags in each city and defeating all the templars... oh and apparently I didnt talk to lucy enough cause I didnt complete that achievement either...

Just seeing the numbers of flags required I couldnt be bothered attempting to do it! I had to bolt for the last few civilians and look out point as I was already late to return the game hahaha

Great game for the first two hours then it just becomes repetitive.

Good thing is that there is plenty of potential for an awesome sequel. The basics are there, now they just have to make it a bit more varied.
