I'm in on this one for front and rear rotors and pads non-slotted. But I have some wierd mix of GTR fronts and GTS-t rears, so i'm trying to get a set of GTR rears asap.

That shouldn't be a problem as long as the rotors on your car now fits with all the caliper position etc. I just need to identify what type are your front GTR rotors... GTR rear & Gtst rear are the same if you're talking about early model R32 GTR.

Is your front one the bigger 324mm for R32 GTr vspec/R33 gTr/R34 GTR? Or just the smaller 296mm for the early model R32 GTr?

just wanna say i bought during the last group buy... to all those thinking should i or shouldnt i get whats on offer i say u should, u will save a heap, rianto is awesome to deal with and everything arrives shortly neatly packaged.... i bought slotted and dimpled rotors and ebc red stuff all round a couple moinths back, ive finally got around to fitting it plus a good old caliper respray!! awesome goods and an awesome deal

thanks again rianto!

:D

Early model GTR 296mm, I thought cars with 296 fronts also ran 296 rears? The brake dude I was talking to must not have had any idea what he was talking about then :D. Put me down for 296 front 280 rear then cause that is definitely the sizes I have.

- BOZ22N - for R33 GTR front slotted rotors (waiting for payment to clear)

- chunda - for S15 slotted rotors (waiting for payment to clear)

I can get non slotted but the price is only like $20-30 cheaper than slotted.

For the R34 GTT, only the rear 908 is available, no front yet, unless you want to order GTR front 324mm rotors and have it machined down to 310mm, but that's a lot to shave so check if your brake mechanic can do it or not.

See you guys in the next Group Buy in May 2008!

Got my pads today. Thanks heaps rs73. Top service and a pleasure to deal with considering I nearly missed the deadline. When I went looking for Yellows for non Brembo callipers, some companies said that EBC didn't even have them in the country!

Top Job.

My pleasure. they could be just lazy to order things in, they'd rather to sell what they have in stock as they want those stock to move/turn around.

Can you please pm prices for CA S13 on slotted for front and rear

And pm me prices on pads for front and rear for the same car, i dont know the difference between red green and yellow so what ever pads you think would suite best its just a daily driven silvia with about 160rwkw.

Cheers Simon

    • My thought is if you were just moving it forward and the upstream geometry remained the same, then no difference at all. But because the current one has the filter direct into the AFM inlet, you effectively have the best chance of a completely symmetric air flow profile upstream, and in, the AFM, whilst the aftermarket inlet thingo has a (small, to be sure) bend between the filter and the AFM. That would bias the flow to the outside of the bend (downstream of the bend) which might well reduce the size of the signal seen by the AFM, for the same total flow rate. Having said that: If you're proposing to make your inlet look like a hybrid of your existing one and the aftermarket one, such that there is no bend where the filter is clamped on... then I say it will be just fine. If there is going to be such a bend, then, if you can align the insertion of the AFM blade such that it is at right angles to the plane of the bend, then there is a better than even chance that the centreline velocity where the blade is will remain more or less the same, and the velocity will just be a little faster to the outside of that, and just a little slower to the inside. **This is not professional investment advice and you should consult a suitably qualified ouija board, tea leaves or the intestines of a goat for more accurate prognostication.
    • Hi Tao, Thanks for your reply.  It's been a while and I managed to get the valve stem seals replaced with the head on the car.  Unfortunately this didn't solve my issue, the car still smokes a lot after idling (to be honest during idle you can see a bit of blue smoke from the exhaust), same after deceleration. I will try disconnecting the valve cover breathers, do I leave the PCV valve in? By engine oil drain pipe, do you mean the turbo oil drain?
    • What about if you just give it direct 12v and earth?
    • Hi guys . Can someone help me  I bought an Android screen for my Nissan fuga but it won't turn on
    • My guesstimate, with no real numbers to back it up, is it won't effect it greatly at all.its not a huge change in position, and I can't see the air flow changing from in turbulence that much based on distance, and what's in front of it. Johnny and Brad may have some more numbers to share from experience though.
