No I mean the dips.

you're prolly using your chest too much and your lower pecs are not strong enough.

If you can almost push down a whole commercial tricep pushdown weight stack then dips should be easy enough.

mmm ye most possible.

Although it is fitness first lol, the stack isn't that big :)

And there are signs "do not double pin" all over so no doubt there are people having similar problems with needing more weight :P

Been looking for Ephedrine for a while as well as Yohimbe, illegal & super hard to get a hold off

Caffeine is simple.. Most supp stores stock it.. ASN for example.. or you can order of BB.com ... I ordered 4x 100pill (200mg) bottles About $8aus each.. Great stuff to stack against your pre wo supps.. :P

Damn not what i wanted to hear lol,

other option is seeing if this lipo6x can clear customs cos its ALOT cheaper in USA. Couldnt see any hidden ingredients, but as most know its hit/miss with customs so itd be a shame to spend money and get no product!

5'10"-5'11"

When i was training properly a few years back now i was sitting around 75KG's. Was more fit than outright muscle, but double my strength now easily.

Hell i might even be 82-83 haha, will have to check.

75kg at your height would be pretty thin!

i disagree, 75kg at 5'10 is fairly average. 70 would be fairly thin. if your doing push downs with most of a stack but struggling with dips it would make me believe thats a well small stack.

at goodlife i'll do push downs with a little over half the cable stack at the end of an hour long chest/tri/shoulder session and still be able to do 3X10-15 reps of body weight dips. i'm 78kg and 175cm tall, so i'm hardly what you would call huge....

Well i did skim the question its true lol,

BUT the first part says "what are peoples experiences" as if to say your thinking of trying it.

Haha, all good. I just told them to send either flavour. It's just when you buy 4.5kg, you kinda want a decent taste huh! :)

Adz, ever get anywhere with the WPI flavour investigation? Currently A1 supps are offering the Strawberry only for $115 or so...but buying 4.5kg's of a shithouse flavour is not cool. Maybe 1.5kg would be ok. So I aint risking it.

Hey mate, yep happy to say I've had both Chocolate and Strawberry and they are both ace, I think I might even prefer the Strawberry! It's great value stuff I reckon.

    • Look for broken wire or bad connector at the motor. Might not be it, but is worth starting there, as it is easy.
    • Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my R32 GT-R. Sometimes, when the car goes over a bump or experiences some vibration, the 4WD warning light comes on the dashboard. When I check the code from the control unit in the trunk, it shows Code 19 – ETS Motor. However, everything seems to be working fine — if I turn off the engine and restart the car, the light goes away and everything functions normally. Has anyone experienced this before? Where should I start troubleshooting this issue? Thanks in advance!
    • I'm back from the dyno - again! I went looking for someone who knew LS's and had a roller dyno, to see how it shaped up compared to everything else and confirm the powerband really is peaking where Mr Mamo says it should. TLDR: The dyno result I got this time definitely had the shape of how it feels on the road and finally 'makes sense'. Also we had a bit more time to play with timing on the dyno, it turns out the common practice in LS is to lower the timing around peak torque and restore it to max after. So given a car was on the dyno and mostly dialled in already, it was time for tweaking. Luis at APS is definitely knowledgable when it came to this and had overlays ready to go and was happy to share. If you map out your cylinder airmass you start seeing graphs that look a LOT like the engine's torque curve. The good thing also is if you map out your timing curve when you're avoiding knock... this curve very much looks like the inverse of the airmass curve. The result? Well it's another 10.7kw/14hp kw from where I drove it in at. Pretty much everywhere, too. As to how much this car actually makes in Hub Dyno numbers, American Dyno numbers, or Mainline dyno numbers, I say I don't know and it's gone up ~25kw since I started tinkering lol. It IS interesting how the shorter ratio gears I have aren't scaled right on this dyno - 6840RPM is 199KMH, not 175KMH. I have also seen other printouts here with cars with less mods at much higher "kmh" for their RPM due Commodores having 3.45's or longer (!) rear diff ratios maxing out 4th gear which is the 1:1 gear on the T56. Does this matter? No, not really. The real answer is go to the strip and see what it traps, but: I guess I should have gone last Sunday...
