Eug
the RB waterpumps are interchangeable in regards to DE and DET. you would be after the DET NEO one. i just did mine last month, no point doing it if its working or if your constantly at high revs/temps/etc it's advised you change it at 100,000km as you have to take off the timing belt to access it. here's a forum sponsor selling them http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ni...vi-t137554.html Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/202052-rb25de-water-pump/#findComment-3589305 Share on other sites

I could be wrong though..... I would imagine your local NISSAN parts rep could clear this one up for you Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/202052-rb25de-water-pump/#findComment-3589330 Share on other sites

Eug
i read somewhere that the holes need to be drilled out a little bigger or one hole wasn't able to be bolted down. cara might be able to confirm Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/202052-rb25de-water-pump/#findComment-3591967 Share on other sites
MissR34
it was more or less one bolt couldnt be bolted down. ive had the VL water pump in for a few months now and havent had any issues at all - all has been good, and i think they were only like 80 bucks or something for the pump itself Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/202052-rb25de-water-pump/#findComment-3592157 Share on other sites

R34GTFOUR
rb30 pump is fine, just has one differnt bolt location which you just fill with a tad of silicon, the rest bolts up perfectly.
