Item: Nismo side skirts and rear bumper

Age: 98 car, but resprayed Oct '07

Condition: Mint

Price: TBA

To Fit: R34 Coupe(R34 Coupe for skirts at least, and i think 4dr rear bumper is different)

Location: Melbourne

Contact: PM

Comments: Extremely well looked after

The time finally came, and i've "upgraded" the rest of my body kit

So the Nismo side skirts and rear bumper are off the car and are awaiting a new home

To clear a few things up, yes, technically they are Altia body parts, but they are widely known as the Nismo factory option kit for the R34.

GENUINE factory parts, none of this fibreglass copy business.

Respray was done as i modified my bonnet and removed the damn ugly Nismo/Altia rear wing, the one that's bolted on the sides with 7 bolts! So i had the whole car resprayed for consistency sake, but the body kits have never been in an accident/repaired, etc...

Sprayed in GV1, which is Nissan's 'Black Pearl' for the R34 range. Factory colour, ready to go for any factory black R34 :P

Don't have any good pics at the moment, as the parts are at my panel beater, but here are a few in case you're not sure what the parts look like.

Thanks to Final Inspection, I am ULTRA fussy about the maintenance of my paintwork. The body kit parts have been clayed, polished (about 3 stages) and layered with about 3-4 layers of OCW at the moment.

ONLY ever washed with MF mitts, dried with Waffle Weave MF towel and any polishing/wax work done with Aquatouch Ultrasofts. Fastidiously cared for paintwork, body kit is in mint condition.

Price i'm not quite sure of at this stage. I'm thinking around $450 for the skirts, and about $650 for the rear bumper. Keep in mind these are GENUINE factory plastic items, not some cheap ass fibreglass copy that has not yet been painted, prepped or fitted. These are ready to roll with factory colour GV1 (Black Metallic), paint is only 1 year old and has been extremely well maintained.

Ok time for some pics....

5ky: that's because i've been shown the light about car detailing. Bosch RO, Edge buffing pads, the best polished (Menzerna), Aquatouch Ultra-soft MF's. Just haven't splashed the cash on a wax yet... budget didn't quite stretch to the $18,000 Royale wax :)

Granthem: but the financial year hasn't finished yet?

i could organise shipping if you like :P

Hi, Have you sold your skirts yet?

My car is the GT-R R34 and I'm wondering if the flared guards are angled too much for these skirts to be flush with the panels (compared to the GT-T)???

What was your final price on the skirts by the way (incl shipping to Sydney)?

Regards,

Terry_GT-R34

Hi there

nope, not sold yet but i do have some very serious interest in these parts, so they'll most likely be gone soon.

Nope, won't fit a R34 GTR i'm afraid. But you're lucky in that there are a lot of tasty kits around for the GTR's... more so than the GT-T's i reckon.

Check out the Nismo/Do-Luck and C-West kits for the GTR. Very nice

any idea if any of the parts fit the '98 r34 sedan? cant seem to find out what parts can fit the same as a coupe. i know side skirs are different but front and rear are they different or same? let us now thanks if anyone knows

hey daniel you still got that rear bar?

My r34 which i've owned for all of 2 weeks now (and yes i freakin' love it!) came with nismo front, sides... but no nismo rear :D

If it's still available how much you asking?

4 door: i think front is the same, almost certain rear is different.

resh: they're cool cars, no doubt :D Not that uncommon though for some owners in japan to get that kit combo...

guys, it's pretty much sold, not 100% finalised but i guess consider it sold at this stage

sorry for the late reply

sorry mate, gone-skis - sold pretty much the same time as the last post of this thread. I believe the guy who bought them is selling the car. Username begins with '99' - check the for sale section... never know, he might separate, kinda doubt it though

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
