Not just yet - going to do it in the next couple of weeks waiting on front pipes.

Having done various other turbo upgrades on other cars I am prepared for the heat/time welded on nuts, physically impossible to get to nuts, pain in the arse water lines, melted on oil return hose, coolant everywhere, impossible angles for pulling off manifolds and turbos etc etc

The guide that comes with it just looks handy! If I had it in English it would make me feel like it's just going to be a pain and frustration free exercise......

pretty much have to take the turbos out, which is not overly brain taxing but can take all day if something mucks up. i havent heard of anyone doing it in the car, and cant see how you would access everything and get it tight without removing them.

only special tool you need is a really short 13mm spanner for the bolt at the back of the rear turbo... that one is an ass

Manifold out to take the turbos off, its the most effective way. So exhaust off, top water/vacum lines off/disconnect oil/water feed and return lines and turbos out. And be well stocked on your favourite brew and bandages. Hope you dont have a swear jar coz those seized nuts will fill that baby up in no time...

you can do it with manifolds on, but you need to take both turbos out the back where the front pipe is, which can be tricky. try taking rear manifold off and leaving front one on, then you can pull them to the rear of the engine and up.
