anyway, dont worry about that. keep your mind on the topic at hand. my unfair banning.

now. lets disect this thing. he PUBLICLY announced his school grades. i didnt sugar coat my reaction.

lets say, someone puts a GTR badge on a GTS and posts it here and i dont sugar coat anything by saying "hahaha. spend your money on real mods you fag"

would i get banned for the second one? i think not. (because i've seen suh comments made here before) however, i did get banned for the first one. its the same thing though. except im under a microscope. my posts are scrutinised. why? because some sheltered mama's P plater is sensitive.

if you want to paint me as the bad guy to help you sleep better, so be it. but horus started all this shit. he made mistake by trying to "flame" me in my VL thread. that aside, i would have responded the same way to a similar post by any member. i dont do double standards. i dont respect the fact such an expensive car is give to someone who hasnt earnt it.

lol i haven't made smat remarks at you. Anyways, I've given you an explanation for why I might ban you. I really don't mind if you come back bigger and badder, it dosen't take much to ban you, it takes a lot more to re-register. Its up to you.

You forget, I have a larger responsibility to a group of members than I do to a sole member.

I really don't wish to have every single one of my comments met with a rebuttal. I only need you to understand what I'm explaining not reply to what I post or try to explain why it shouldn't apply to or it should. Whether you wish to accept them or go against them is up to you, but what happens to you from now on is in what you think is post worthy and not. Choose well.

Your unfair banning was the result of us (yes a few mods, not just meggala, me or prank) being alerted to your general conduct on the forums. The other mods decided it would be a far simpler solution to just ban you as we found on most of your posts you had nothing sensible to contribute anyway.

Anyway enjoy your stay here, jus hope we don't have to ban you again.

see? see mods? did i say anything to this c*nt? nope, but he did have some naughty things to say to me didnt he? now, will there be any action taken toward him? NO, how about me? MOST LIKELY. why? because im painted as the bad guy to help this kid sleep better at night.

no little twat. i am not jealous. i merely think you DO NOT deserve a car from the olds. now just beause you were picked on in school and had no real friends, that doesnt mean your parents should compensate by buying you a car. just ask for some extra pocket money instead. that way you can hire out a stripper and can finally get laid.

and how does my conduct differentiate from others? because i can make horus cry and he cant make me cry?

this is banning is bull. i come home from working (on the bloody weeend no less) and i find myself banned. not nice.

look man, no noe gives a flying f**k about you or your ****ed up life.....you are 15, we are all into our 20s and up, we know each other, and we cruise together, if I was such a spoilt little brat like you say, why isnt anyone else bagging me?

Looks like you are the one with the problem here, no one else

I didn't know you could get laid by a stripper... ;) um anyways... carry on...

what his parents do with him is up to them, ok you've stated he dosen't deserve his car, you expect him not to react?

look, lets settle this.

next sau cruise

be there

if you have any balls

hahahaha. see, let me tell you again. you are weak. you havent said anything to make me want to kick your ass (which i could so easily do chubby) again, even envy and smoothline pissed me off more than you. (i love enby now though)

try raise your game a little and maybe, just maybe i'll look you up a butt my cigarette out on your f*ckin eye kid

;) oops. i meant hooker. its late, i worked all day.

and whether he reacts or not is of little consequence to me. its if i get banned that we'll have dramas.

look man,

all Im saying is walk the walk if you are going to talk the talk, I have called you out and I know you dont have the balls to do anything, all you can do is sit behind your computer and act tough...*****

i tell ya to raise your game and thats what you come up with? hahaha

again, i can walk the walk. smooth and envy pissed me off enough that i PUBLICLY posted where i lived. i told them i wanted to meet them blah blah blah. then envy turned out to be cool, so there was no more drama.

you on the other hand, are a f*cking moron. raise your game if you can. if you want to call me out.

and ps. if you dont care what i have to say, why keep replying?

hmm interesting thread here...

kinda have to agree with terrance on this one..... if your parents are getting you a GTR for doing well in uni, credits and pass is hardly doing well.... isnt a credit something like 60-70%... it was in my course..

apart from that, enjoy the ride when you get it... i wouldnt mind a GTR myself for doing uni ;) (hope my dad reads this ;))

cool. no worries then. im not asking you to justify yourself. if you're cool with me thinking you dont deserve it, the im cool with you thinking its cool. :bahaha:

and for the record, i dont have anything against you getting gtr. i just dont think you deserve one because because at the very least, i would give loved ones presents for DISTINCTIONS. thats me personally. credits are piss weak and a pass is even moreso. any stoner can get those grades.

but for a gtr at least pay for half of it, a quarter, whatever. and if you cant do what, get better grades

    • Who did you have do the installation? I actually know someone who is VERY familiar with the AVS gear. The main point of contact though would be your installer.   Where are you based in NZ?
    • Look, realistically, those are some fairly chunky connectors and wires so it is a reasonably fair bet that that loom was involved in the redirection of the fuel pump and/or ECU/ignition power for the immobiliser. It's also fair to be that the new immobiliser is essentially the same thing as the old one, and so it probably needs the same stuff done to make it do what it has to do. Given that you are talking about a car that no-one else here is familiar with (I mean your exact car) and an alarm that I've never heard of before and so probably not many others are familiar with, and that some wire monkey has been messing with it out of our sight, it seems reasonable that the wire monkey should be fixing this.
    • Wheel alignment immediately. Not "when I get around to it". And further to what Duncan said - you cannot just put camber arms on and shorten them. You will introduce bump steer far in excess of what the car had with stock arms. You need adjustable tension arms and they need to be shortened also. The simplest approach is to shorten them the same % as the stock ones. This will not be correct or optimal, but it will be better than any other guess. The correct way to set the lengths of both arms is to use a properly built/set up bump steer gauge and trial and error the adjustments until you hit the camber you need and want and have minimum bump steer in the range of motion that the wheel is expected to travel. And what Duncan said about toe is also very true. And you cannot change the camber arm without also affecting toe. So when you have adjustable arms on the back of a Skyline, the car either needs to go to a talented wheel aligner (not your local tyre shop dropout), or you need to be able to do this stuff yourself at home. Guess which approach I have taken? I have built my own gear for camber, toe and bump steer measurement and I do all this on the flattest bit of concrete I have, with some shims under the tyres on one side to level the car.
    • Thought I would get some advice from others on this situation.    Relevant info: R33 GTS25t Link G4x ECU Walbro 255LPH w/ OEM FP Relay (No relay mod) Scenario: I accidentally messed up my old AVS S5 (rev.1) at the start of the year and the cars been immobilised. Also the siren BBU has completely failed; so I decided to upgrade it.  I got a newer AVS S5 (rev.2?) installed on Friday. The guy removed the old one and its immobilisers. Tried to start it; the car cranks but doesnt start.  The new one was installed and all the alarm functions seem to be working as they should; still wouldn't start Went to bed; got up on Friday morning and decided to have a look into the no start problem. Found the car completely dead.  Charged the battery; plugged it back in and found the brake lights were stuck on.  Unplugging the brake pedal switch the lights turn off. Plug it back in and theyre stuck on again. I tested the switch (continuity test and resistance); all looks good (0-1kohm).  On talking to AVS; found its because of the rubber stopper on the brake pedal; sure enough the middle of it is missing so have ordered a new one. One of those wear items; which was confusing what was going on However when I try unplugging the STOP Light fuses (under the dash and under the hood) the brake light still stays on. Should those fuses not cut the brake light circuit?  I then checked the ECU; FP Speed Error.  Testing the pump again; I can hear the relay clicking every time I switch it to ON. I unplugged the pump and put the multimeter across the plug. No continuity; im seeing 0.6V (ECU signal?) and when it switches the relay I think its like 20mA or 200mA). Not seeing 12.4V / 7-9A. As far as I know; the Fuel Pump was wired through one of the immobiliser relays on the old alarm.  He pulled some thick gauged harness out with the old alarm wiring; which looks to me like it was to bridge connections into the immobilisers? Before it got immobilised it was running just fine.  Im at a loss to why the FP is getting no voltage; I thought maybe the FP was faulty (even though I havent even done 50km on the new pump) but no voltage at the harness plug.  Questions: Could it be he didnt reconnect the fuel pump when testing it after the old alarm removal (before installing the new alarm)?  Is this a case of bridging to the brake lights instead of the fuel pump circuit? It's a bit beyond me as I dont do a lot with electrical; so have tried my best to diagnose what I think seems to make sense.  Seeking advice if theres for sure an issue with the alarm install to get him back here; or if I do infact, need an auto electrician to diagnose it.
    • Then, shorten them by 1cm, drop the car back down and have a visual look (or even better, use a spirit level across the wheel to see if you have less camber than before. You still want something like 1.5 for road use. Alternatively, if you have adjustable rear ride height (I assume you do if you have extreme camber wear), raise the suspension back to standard height until you can get it all aligned properly. Finally, keep in mind that wear on the inside of the tyre can be for incorrect toe, not just camber
