oh wow, are those english buttons stick on or from us spec g35?

they are real buttons (no stickers.) and they can be done AT COMPLIANCE if required :D

I could spend the whole night in the car jst trying to work out all the options on the TV and trying to find anymore surprises

My TV actually picks up really good audio from free to air channels but no pics obviously...is this normal? I would have thought they would not pick up anything at all.

Anyways...below are some pics that were sent to me by the dealer before I took possesion. Will post more once I give it a good clean! The third pic is the same color, model but with the front lip which I will get in the near future...

Anyone have a translation of all the options in the and settings for the screen?

Are all the menu's in Japanese as per the rest of us?

I have been talking with a company that is able to convert the screens to english but we are going to make sure there are enough people who want the

conversion to make it worth while for them to do the conversion. I have a demo version on my car that covers the main menu and it is awesome.

How many people do you think would want to convert to from Jap to english of the version we are talking about? I need to get some numbers to ensure this project happens.

Is the english menu conversion means sending the audio unit or the tv controller to that company to be converted, or is that something that can be done by them sending some kind of a CD patch that we can somehow load in here?

It is done with a DVD in the DVD rom drive. Really easy and looks great. Have a look at this thread to see some of the screens. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/M3...62#entry3624762,

Depends.. I'm up for being the guinea pig :)

Would love Jap to English translation too depending on costs involved...

Wife has an Ipod nano sitting around doing nothing...might as well put it to good use ;)

      I'll give it a go, it cannot hurt Although, every time I go to Bunnings for one thing, I end up with a trolley load of stuff In other stuff news, I can fit 6 x 15kg bags of Gypsum in the boot of the MX5, I could have put a few more in, but I was already pushing my comfort levels buy dropping 90kg into to boot....LOL

      It seems to happen only when moving not stationary. It happens more frequently when reversing and turning steering wheel to the right. I MAY have found what the sound is and if it’s that I will feel so dumb since it did start happening around when I put 18” wheels. I attached the image of where there’s a scraping line to that plastic liner and the other side does not have that.

      Is it a noise that if you turn the wheel, and hold it turned to the right, the screech continues? Or does it only occur while you're moving the steering wheel? Does it occur when stationary turning the steering wheel from centre to the right?

      I want to also note I did lift the tire and checked for any play to see if it was a bad tie rod. It doesn't move at all.

      Any insight will help find the issue. When I do a sharp turn to the right I hear a screeching sound coming from the front. It only happens turning Right and not Left. Steering fluid seems okay. Not sure what this part is(picture) but one side seemed "wetter" than the other. All bushing from a quick look did not seem damaged. I'll do a better look but wanted to ask here in case it helps me troubleshoot faster.
