Item:Buddy Club QF 18x10 +12 Gunmetal Grey Forged Racing Wheels

Age: New

Condition: New

Price: SOLD

To Fit: GTR models

Location: Adelaide

Contact: PM, [email protected], 0413 250 250

Comments: I settled on these wheels after weeks of searching for an affordable lightweight Jap rim to suit my GTR. These also appealed to me because of the offset, tough agressive stance and dish. At same diameter and 1/2in wider they are same weight as Volk's lightest wheel, the CE28N. Buddyclub Australia retail these for $3800 before shipping.

These rims took almost 6 months to order from Japan. A lot has changed for me during this 6 month wait and my car will be going up for sale shortly so these are now for sale out of the box at my cost price.

More details can be found at http://www.buddyclub.com.au/

I also have 5 sets of 4 lightweight forged Buddy Club racing nuts to suit. These are at a cost of $174 and can be added onto the above sale

Looked at wheels for the first time this weekend. These are one very impressive wheel in the flesh. It kills me not to be able to fit these to my GTR :D

Thanks,

Wegs

I assume you havent actually received yet? If not when are you expecting delivery, how long ago did you place the order?

So will you be shipping from Adelaide to the sellers location, or change the address to go direct from Japan?

thanks

Correct, I haven't received these yet. I placed the order in November and paid up front (minus shipping). Was told to expect them late January but due to Buddyclub waiting to receive more orders worldwide before producing a batch I had to wait. Was told on friday these are expected from the factory in the next week. Because i won't be keeping them and because i have to pay shipping regardless I am advertising early in case someone can benefit from shipping them somewhere other than adelaide. If they don't sell i will take delivery to Adelaide and then re advertise.

Cheers

  • 2 weeks later...

Turns out these were literally ready to ship 2 days after my post and couldn't be left waiting around in Japan. I have now taken delivery of these which also gives more buyer confidence about these being the real deal and in Oz ready for pickup/shipping.

    • Thanks MBS206, i got that PDF but got abit overhelm with all the connections and tracing of wires. I wasn't expecting to plug the dash harness anywhere. i was just going to use my electronics jumper wires to plug into the right pins like ECU power, ecu ground, ignition trigger etc... I do have a few ratchet straps locking it down tight. Fire extinguisher ready and only a small amount of fuel at a time, enough to submerge the pump.
    • Thanks GTSBoy, i will do abit more digging. I am missing a blue relay near the ECU connector... so i will chase that up in the next few days as well
    • https://yariksteel.ru/manual/R33/Skyline_R33_elektroprovodka.pdf   Page 18 should be what you want for the Dash Cluster wiring. Though, you don't need the dash plugged in to get the motor running. What you want is power as how GTSBoy said. You need to power the ECU. Find in the above link the ECU pin outs (Verify them before just connecting them up from things written on the internet). Find anything needing power, give it power, find anything needing ground, give it ground. Then give the starter motor power through a big cable, and bridge the solenoid on the starter straight to power too.  ECU will be on, and when you give the starter power, it'll spin the starter motor, and it should start. I also hope you have a proper stand, and not just the engine sitting on some wood. You will want it bolted down properly.
