paint hits hard, but generally in the frey you hardly feel it, n if you do, its like someone flicking you with an elastic band.

Getting hit on the top of the head hurts like hell though.

i thought paintball was illegal?

coz when i lived on campus we wanted to organize it for the rest of the guys but the housing manager said no coz its illegal?

Bam I think you will find that paintball is *illegal* in W.A ( The only state I believe it is illegal in by the way ) but it is a lesser evil so to speak.... whilst it is illegal it is generally accepted in the community... I have heard multiple stories in the past about police actually going on these days as its good practice for themselves in the field....

Paintball is tolerated in WA.

By letter of the law it is illegal ... under the same "SUPER STRICT" Law's a champagne bottle is an illegal firearm when pointed at someone.

Without the right sort of protective gear, generally the face masks (ski masks things that have goggles for your eyes and protect your mouth/neck) its quite a dangerous sport. You can lose an eye to a paintball (they really do travel extremely fast) so I can understand why it'd be illegal but done right its damn good fun. btw: I havent seen 1 establishment that doesnt supply all the safety gear, just stating it could be dangerous if not done right.

I can recommend Intensity Paintball in Bullcreek (near Peace Airbase), played there twice this year and its great. Equipment is all extremely well maintained and the fields are fantastic. Didnt even come away with many bruises (kept getting shot in head, well mask...lol :-) )

yeh i went to intensity plus out in bullsbrook and loved it. i was a fan of the little village with creek and soggy mud

im actually goin balling again on the 17th with a few from work. one of the chicks mates organised it.. out in ellenbrook ?
