Hey all- My current flatmate is moving out this coming Sunday/Monday, and I will have a room available in my 2 bedroom apartment at Annandale.

The room is fairly small, but you're welcome to stack any excess furniture you may have in the space in the loungeroom.

Rent is $140 per week, paid fortnightly, and must be kept 2 weeks in advance at all times. Cost to move in is up to $280 for rent in advance + $500 bond.

No smoking/burning of any substance allowed inside and no pets

It's a great location- 2nd level apartment with city glimpses, only 6 minutes to the city by car, and a 3 minute walk along Johnston St to Parramatta road buses. Light rail station is at the Blackwattle Bay end of the street, too.
