a perfect circle's new album... maynard's graceful return!!!

Recommended Posts

ok ive known it was coming for a while now but i just got a copy of their new song.. those of you who dont know.. A Perfect Circle are the best band (my favorite band) and inspire me everytime i listen to them.... visit www.aperfectcircle.com for info on them and their new song

the new album is call "The 13th Step" and their new song "Weak And Powerless" is the first release off the album and boy is it a good one

purpose of this post: does anyone know where i can get some more of the album if no the rest of it ???? im so hooked been listening to the song on repeat for about 2 hours now and cant stop and im nowhere near sick of it yet... it is abo****e fantastic :D

hmm i bet this thread gets deleted.. but hopefully someone knows where i can get the rest of the album... and NO im not ripping the band off i will buy it on its september release date i just love em so much i have to hear these songs by any means whatsoever :), i always support bands who deserve support

hope someone shares the same views as me :P

and yes i am bored... :D

APC has nothing, NOTHING on Tool!! :D Yes thats right nathan, NUTTIN!!! :D APC without Maynard... hmmmmmm, kick ass guitarist but besides that....

Anyways what's the name of the Album, i might be able to get it for ya.

Mer De Noms?? that the first one? i think i got it somewhere on my pc, not too bad.

hahahah, show me where he said that, prove to me he wasn't taking the piss (as he practically ALWAYS does in interviews cos he hates anything like that) and i MIGHT believe u :P Muscianship of APC compared to Tool..... there is no comaprison, Tool is WAAAYYY ahead of APC.

APC has a more accoustic and softer sound which I like.... didn't know the new album doesn't have maynard though - just won't be the same, unless they get a kick ass vocalist.

yer, i saw them last year too.. but from people that went to both, apparent the Aenema tour was much better. I could'a gone too but at the time i was poor :(

SS8_Gohan: did you get a chance to see Tool when they played last year in melb?

Tool live is one thing I'll never forget. :P

damn straight i saw TOOL last year!!!! THE best concert i've ever been too. Heard so much about them live, and i must admit i had high expectations, but they were completely blown away!! Brilliant, absolutely brilliant.

    • For fuelling the Haltechs have O2WB fuel controllers. Very useful for helping tuning VE and correcting for *small* mistakes. Of course if your injector/cam/trigger/sensor data is just wrong (or for a GTT which is not a GT) then you will get impossible reactions to things. I am sure you know this already but the reason people don't typically put haltechs (or any Aftermarket ECU) on GT's is because there's practically no real gains to be had - So this knowledge won't be commonplace.

    • Shouldn't need a "base map" for anything other than guidance to ignition tuning. You just need the engine capacity right, the injector size right, and something, almost anything, for a VE map. On an NA engine, fuelling is almost completely a function of load signal & rpm. It should run and drive with a completely flat fuel map. It will be too lean under load, but that's easily fixed. We used to tune all ECUs without any base map. There were no such things (until someone had tuned a near stock engine on one, and then they had a "base map".
    • What did you actually buy/how much did it cost? When I got mine in like.. 2017...? 2019? the aim was to run Torque for gauges via ODB2 and things like Track Addict/Laptimers/Dashcam/Reversecam/Spotify etc. Mine never broke, but I wonder if you've got the same needs (it sounds like it). Cause I liked the idea of being able to do anything with it. That said, yours also cost 3x the cost of what I spent so... food for thought.
