Car Revving Randomly

hi i wa jus wonderin if any1 can help me...

i hav a 180sx sr20det, it keeps revvin randomly wen at idle n on the safc 2 the throttle percentage will jump up n down between 1% n about 5%

if any1 could help me id be very greatful

Sounds like the O2 sensor to me mate. Thats what it was for my car at least.
