Nolathane Bushes Or Adjustable Arms?

I have an R32 GTST & the suspension is starting to go to shit... At the moment the front castor arms & front upper camber arms are shocking. I am wondering if adjustable arms are worth the extra money over nolathane/whiteline bushes? My front upper camber arms have so much movement Im a bit worried the pin/crush tube running through the centre might be munted. Any help would be great. Cheers
