Hey all,

I just purchased a set of KTS upper links for my GTR. I am getting a wheel alignment done on Saturday so tomorrow I will be installing them before I head to the shop.

I have however a question as I cannot read the Japanese instructions.

I have attached a picture with two lines. Yellow and Red. I was wondering which one faces the front of the car when installing. The reason I ask is that they are obviously not the same length so this must make a difference during install.

One of the ends also has a red dot. I understand that the end with the RED dot installs towards the chassis and the other end installs towards the wheel.

If anyone here ( and I doubt it ) Can read Japanese I will also attach a scan of the instructions.

Thanks in advance to everyone.

Daniel

Can't you just pull the current arm out and match it up? (Or does that still leave you with two options....??). I'm sure someone on the list is using this type, try searching for "midori" or "dogbone"

You should probably adjust the new arm to be the same length as the current arm, as a starting point.

Install them with the longer side facing the front of the car.

On a GTSt at least the inside bolts have a larger shank than the outside ones. As your's specify compatible with both BNR and HCR i would assume it is the same on a 32gtr. So that means that only one end will fit the inner mount.

It can be installed 2 ways.

Install this so the "H" has the front leg is longer than the other (i.e. not symetrical). If you install it symetrically (like I did) you don't get enough travel to get much more than -1 degree camber.

I suggest once you are happy with the setup - that is after the wheel alighnment and you are happy wiith the handling, use some locktite on the locking nuts.
