I dont think they are, you just need to sign to declare that they are roadworthy

If all goes well with my car at Tilbrooks tommorrow, then i will probably bring my car out on the track

i'd come but i need new brake pads (which could be helpful...) which im not getting anytime soon... i'd love to learn some race or drift techniques... maybe next time 'sigh'

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH might not be able to make it even to watch.... was meant to have my gtr back yesturday but now a leaking manifold has set it back.... if i get it today ill see you tomorrow but if its not ready i wont be there :(:(
