Well all my birthday is coming up soon so i was planning on doing up some invites on the computer.

Needless to say I have no idea really how to make something look good.

Is there anyone that could create a template which allows me to enter the particulars (names of people, the address etc?)

I guess it would be best in word as thats about the only program I have.

I have attached two pics i was hoping could be cropped and added into it

So in my head i was hoping for something like.

Granthem's 21st Birthday!

Dear (insert each name here)

Bring a big cup and help Grant celebrate his night!

When: Saturday 12th July

Place: (Ill give you this info if your planning on making something :D)

Time: 7.00pm

RSVP: 7th July

and anything else that needs to go on an invite that you can think of?

good idea? or stupid?

Anyone keen to have a go for me? Any help is great!

    • Like others have said, drop the power to give your drivetrain a % of reliability until you can up the drivetrain reliability  It isn't rocket science, build power to the weakest link with a % of safety Whilst upping the the reliability of the drive train is costly, there's no point in having the engine make big power if it keeps eating the drivetrain....ask me how I know, I had the tow truck on speed dial for a few years, and I spent huge amounts of money fixing issues and breakages that really would have been cheaper in the long run if I did it right the first time Me, I like a nice sized fudge factor, that keeps me off the tow truck
    • I don't understand what the issue is with, turn the boost down and start saving $$.  As soon as you can afford the supporting mods, turn the boost back up.  If the car is running fine, enjoy it. Turning the boost down isn't going to kill you.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
