Do Powerfc Settings Get Wiped By Dead Battery?

Hi guys, just wanted some advice.

I came back from an overseas trip after 4 weeks and my battery was stone dead. I charged it overnight and it works now. The settings on my turbo timer and sound system have reset.

I am worried that the settings on my Apexi PowerFC have also been reset, in which case the A/F mixture might be wrong? Don't want to detonate. I am not technically minded enough to know what the AFC hand controller is telling me, so it's not even connected.

It drives ok, I think. Any help is appreciated.
