Hello to all members, mods and aliens.

I am a Tasmanian member who has lurked around on these forums as a guest for long enough and decided I had better join. I have owned several imports and muscle cars despite being only twenty (the highlights being a Familia GTX, a LJ two door running a 308, and a track prepped BMW 635i). I am currently trying to build a XB GT four door street/drag car running a 351 to 388 stroker - if it will stop blowing seals and gaskets.

Having not owned a skyline and my daily driver reaching the end of its usable life, I have bit the bullet and bought myself an R33 GT25. Yes the base model non-turbo coupe. I plan on turning it into a N/A monster (just for fun and my own enjoyment) and will be detailing the process for the other N/A guys floating about.

Planned mods include individual throttle bodies, custom building a effective intake box, extractors, a carefully selected cat back system, the right N/A cams, computer, a slight compression change and a teensy bit of valve work.

Other than that I'm a struggling uni student who is always keen for a beer and a cruise.

      Ive heard of OCD works. Hows the spool noise before and after? Feel free to PM links or videos if you want.   I've got a good mate that works for a reputable turbo company who says to stay away from them as theyve had a few turbos that came back with lots of issues. The other reason for sticking with EFR is that its just a drop in replacement. I was looking at the g45-1500 at cost price, but that would mean new down pipe, new lines, new intake piping etc etc.

      Hi Experts, My father’s car Mahindra Jeep CJ500 2.5L, 1986 model. Currently registered in Overseas.  Want to replace the engine in Overseas with Mahindra Bolero 2016 2.5 L turbo used engine ( not endorsing new engine number on Rego paper in Overseas. Then Importing to NSW. Is this car eligible for NSW registration if able to submit all compliance certificates?   Regars.

      I know you said no amps in the boot, but there's enough space next to the battery for a pair of modern small foot print amps OR one small 6x channel amp. This is what I did over 6 years ago, used 2x marine amps (no decent 6x or 5x channel amps back then)
