Calling Midnight Purple 33s

OK im looking to get a new kit some mirrors etc.

but i need to find a place that will be able to mix up the r33 gtr midnight purple colour for me.

i have been to 2 places and neither of them have the paint code in there system and basically said good luck!

Has anyone had this trouble before???

Where do i start?

yer i told them that.

but they told me something like ummm

cos they dont have it in there system they dont know the mixture and cant mix it up :S

Any PPG paint specialist has the paint code. I have had mine resprayed and had no issue's getting a paint match.

ever auto barn depends on the quality of paint you use too..

ahh ok ill try a few PPG places and see what they say.

you had a 2pac respray?

I went to the local (in Alice Springs) paint shop and the had no worries.. LP2 is on my GTST. but I'm pretty sure there are a couple slightly different midnight purples, is the GTR LP2 also?

pretty sure Holden are the PPG distributers in AUS - so start there

im doing a full respray next week in r33 midnight purple (lp2) will tell you how itll turn out once finished.

oh and try 'house of kolor' they would be able to mix up the color for you.
