I currently have a rb20e in my R33. What can I say I picked the car up for only $1,200 us dollars here in Japan. Well I came across a guy who is selling a rb20det for only $150 OBO with no harness or ecu. So I was wondering if the wiring harness for the RB20e would work for the rb20det or is the wiring harness's completely different? I already know for sure I would have to pick a r32 rb20det ecu. Another thing is I also found a RB25de neo with harness and ecu for $200 firm, but wasn't sure if the rb20 trans would work on the rb25 neo. So what should I swap to? If I was to get the rb25de neo and boost it, could I use the rb25de neo ecu? Any help would be appericated.

either of those would be better than what you have, but I would preffer the RB25de NEO over the RB20 for sure.

especially if you are going to turbo it.

there is a how to guide int eh N/A section of these forums.

the 20det will be too laggy behind the heavier R33 shell.
