Removing Rb26 Injectors, How?

ive got the usual old seals in my standard injectors and i want to get em out and have all the seals replaced and injectors flow tested etc. how do i go about getting them out?

ive been looking over the service manual and there is no guide to getting them out, any advice & pics would be great, like what bolts to take off and how to get the injector itself out, is it screwed in or??

on page EN164 in my manual it is the diagnostic system continued???

thats for r33 - but they are the same setup - there isnt much to it - just unbolt the rail after disconneting the plugs from the loom and the fuel lines and pull it off as straight as you can

there's O rings in the rail that hold the injectors - and the bolts hold the injectors into the manifold seals.

is there a pressure valve???? what happens to all the pressure that may still be in the fuel lines??? and are the injectors screwed in or just pop out whne you undo the bolt??

to remove the pressure remove the fuel pump fuse. then start the car and just let it run. it will run for a sec or two then die. it will have released the pressure but their will still be some fuel in the lines.

thanks for that mate, and in regard to the injectors? should they just be a simple pull out?

yep they pull out - only held in with the o-rings
