Wtf Why Does My Car Keep Surging?

hi there guys im a newbie on here and not to sure what is happening with my car as when i go to put the foot down the car starts to surge.

the car has the following mods done to the engine

ENGINE:

Currently makes 273rwkw, tuned by trent at status tuning

HKS GT-RS Turbo Kit @16psi

PowerFC ecu

Hybrid Intercooler kit

Z32 AFM

Bigger injectors, was told Sard 650CC (yellow tops)

Walbro fuel pump

Full Turbo back 3" exhaust

Pod Filter

Splitfire coilpacks

any help is greatly appreciated as im sick of not being able to have full throttle iwith these skyline engines

check ya airflow metter and tps.... does it surge as soon as ya put ya foot down or when boost comes on..?

what is a tps???

and it surges when the car is on the boost mainly maybe a bit before hand any ideas???
