R34 Headlights?

Hi all, i would like to ask dose the R34 come's with HID for both Low and Hi Beam as a factory standard? Becoz my Hi beam dose not look like it's HID.

was told that during compliance, the HID are removed. and if you are LUCKY then you might see your stock HIDs still sitting in there. But most of the cars have got the HIDs removed already. Im not sure though if the stock ones comes with HI+LO beams cos i havent seen one with stock lights.
