Boost Leak Or Blown Turbo?

Due to being out of work for the last 2 months and only just getting a job this last week, I won't be throwing a whole heap of money at this. In saying that though I will be waying up all options before doing anything so this will be taking at least 3 months at the earliest I would say only for the fact that all my finances were chewed up with having no job. Any suggestions for something that would replace the standard turbo as a straight swap would be good. May also look at an aftermarket manifold since we now have to replace a broken stud. Any suggestions on mods to do while I am at it, within reason, would be great.

Just got off the phone to GCG. Turns out the turbo isn't off a 34 NEO, it's off a GTST S1 according to the plate on it and was Hi-flowed 18months ago so makes me feel a bit better that it has died. Means that I can now look into a different turbo, not going to get this one rebuilt since it isn't even a 34 one that was meant to be on the car.
