josh, you are desperate for friends. Everyone can see that.

Although it is nice to see that your spelling and grammar is coming along nicely. You're in grade 12 this year aren't you?

I love the way you fish. Alas, the bait doesn’t work on me and you have scared all the baby fish away.

Yeah, I just turned 17.. Honest.

Hi,

if its not to late id love to come to this, i dont have a guy to bring so ill be bring a friend if that is ok???

so please count me in for 2 people.

Cant wait should be a good night.

All confirmed, signed sealed and booked for the 45 people above. They won’t accept anymore, so if you haven’t listed your name you’ve missed out!!

See you all there at 7pm

---------------------------

32chick you and your friend are welcome to come along, we'll pinch a couple of chairs for you and your friend, they've given us a couple of tables so we'll fit you guys in :D

---------------------------

That's it for this dinner!

undercover parking FTW. everyone try park in there near JB HIFI i wanna get some skyline shots =P

Anyone who wishes to take photos is more then welcome too.

But please a reminder to everyone, we’re guests and we are all representing SAUQLD. Best behavior entering and leaving the carpark.

A few people have asked if “something” is going to happen after? If anyone would like to go away from the public eye for perhaps more “action” like photography this will be discussed on the night.

Hey Damian,

I actually forgot to post on this site what I did on our club site. The booking limit is totally out SAU’s control. Cactus Jacks set the limit, if you would like to come I’d encouraged you to make a booking anyway and still come along.

We all won’t be at one table, so it’s not like we’ll be able to mingle during eating anyway, plus im sure a few people will be more then happy to jump onto your table for a chat

I dont care my good fellow, I just DEMAND ONE! You know they wouldnt take my booking when i said it was for the honourable Members of the Burrough of Harrow, they thought it was a prank, so SAu had to do :P

I remember that.

I also remember CJ’s never being this big. You know what it tell’s me? People love me. I am the people’s choice.

I am god-like.

I’m not really, ya’ll just want cheap chilli bowls haha

15) 666DAN (Dan) + 1

20) V8skylineMAN (Jason) + 1

Are those +1's are Han and Bek?

If so, Joshy could you put me down for +1 too? Or are we getting too big on the #'s?

And who's gonna drive my drunk ass home afterwards?

    • You Gregged a whole racetrack!?
    • Look for broken wire or bad connector at the motor. Might not be it, but is worth starting there, as it is easy.
    • Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my R32 GT-R. Sometimes, when the car goes over a bump or experiences some vibration, the 4WD warning light comes on the dashboard. When I check the code from the control unit in the trunk, it shows Code 19 – ETS Motor. However, everything seems to be working fine — if I turn off the engine and restart the car, the light goes away and everything functions normally. Has anyone experienced this before? Where should I start troubleshooting this issue? Thanks in advance!
    • I'm back from the dyno - again! I went looking for someone who knew LS's and had a roller dyno, to see how it shaped up compared to everything else and confirm the powerband really is peaking where Mr Mamo says it should. TLDR: The dyno result I got this time definitely had the shape of how it feels on the road and finally 'makes sense'. Also we had a bit more time to play with timing on the dyno, it turns out the common practice in LS is to lower the timing around peak torque and restore it to max after. So given a car was on the dyno and mostly dialled in already, it was time for tweaking. Luis at APS is definitely knowledgable when it came to this and had overlays ready to go and was happy to share. If you map out your cylinder airmass you start seeing graphs that look a LOT like the engine's torque curve. The good thing also is if you map out your timing curve when you're avoiding knock... this curve very much looks like the inverse of the airmass curve. The result? Well it's another 10.7kw/14hp kw from where I drove it in at. Pretty much everywhere, too. As to how much this car actually makes in Hub Dyno numbers, American Dyno numbers, or Mainline dyno numbers, I say I don't know and it's gone up ~25kw since I started tinkering lol. It IS interesting how the shorter ratio gears I have aren't scaled right on this dyno - 6840RPM is 199KMH, not 175KMH. I have also seen other printouts here with cars with less mods at much higher "kmh" for their RPM due Commodores having 3.45's or longer (!) rear diff ratios maxing out 4th gear which is the 1:1 gear on the T56. Does this matter? No, not really. The real answer is go to the strip and see what it traps, but: I guess I should have gone last Sunday...
