Oil, Oil Filter and spark plugs is what i would do. check your gearbox and diff fluids but they should be fine as long as they are at the correct level. Changing them out however would give you piece of mind as you would at least know what you have in them then.

Damn bro 29000 definabtly oil and filter change, does the engine sound ok on cold starts as in mornings? My r33 wasn't sounding the best, like knocking bcuz the oil became too thick so that when it started it couldn't suck up the oil quick enough, may be different on an r34

sounds really loud when starting the car in the morning but only for the first ten seconds i guess thats normal

i finally serviced my car last Saturday i did the following service and im having issues with 3rd and 4th gear it crunch's every now and then, the funny thing is it didn't have this problem before the service, what could it be?

engine= ROYAL PURPLE 10W-40

gearbox= REDLINE LIGHTWEIGHT SHOCK PROOF

diff= REDLINE 75W-90 HIGH PERFORMANCE GEAR OIL

also changed spark plugs and oil filter

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
