If money is no object then look at the Midori Seibi system.

76mm bellmouth dumps, as good as the tomei ones.

matching split downpipe, merging to 90mm.

high flow cat, 90mm

then full titanium catback system, 90mm to big tip.

I think this would rock because it isn't heavy (titanium) is 90mm the whole way, and

it would all bolt up perfectly.

Unfortunately the all-in cost of this is scary. I think it comes in at $8k with the

crushed aussie dollar!

If you can find a turbo back solution that doesn't have any step changes in diameter, fits with

one of the Trust PE Ti-R cat-backs, isn't ridiculously loud and doesn't use a bung (which

wouldn't pass the authorities) then lemme know!

nah 8 k is wayyy to much im looking into the kakimoto exhaust atm as they seem to be decently priced...

also like the super dragger and blitz but i pretty much just want to see more pics of peoples and how they sit etc before i go out and buy one.

well Fujitsubi is one of the most common exhausts for GT-Rs in japan...

from memory they are decently priced...

it depends, someone should write an article on comparison with exhausts..(unless they have already)

because an exhaust shop can custom make whatever exhaust and whatever angle you like.....

and these custom ones are like half the price of HKS for example...

that might be something to look into....

on the previous supra i had, i went to a custom exhaust shop......got a 3" pipe with 4" x6" stainless steel muffler & got them to give it a little kick in an angle of the way the muffler stuck out.

it was around 1000$ or so....

but these things may work just as good as Blitz or HKS..... but like i said...i dont think anyone has compared with a dyno..

that sounds tuff too, im after more of the shape as the blitz one i have posted up i have found out its a blitz nur RR now just to find a few more pics and prices and see how i go i guess... im not going to make my mind up straight away so still on the hunt

i used to have a veilside teardrop titanium lightest on the market at 4kg 3 1/2 inch one peice straight pipe no resonator etc full titanium nice exhaust but loud 109db @5100rpm which is the rpm test limit for db testing for a 33, 34 GTR, i now have a kakamoto regu 06&R nice and quite but more restrictive and more then twice the weight ,they are a good well made solid exhaust though

I gota BLITZ Nur Spec but for a R32 GTR, its atleast 3" if not 3.5". Great for exhaust flow but loud.

gtr13 that Veilside Tear Drop Exhaust is awesome!

Also my friend Tim GTR on SAU has a cat back titanium Ganador Exhaust system on his R34 GTR Nur. Again, its atleast a 3" if not 3.5".

Has a nice low rumble and opens up when the accelerator is down. Good for a few flames too. LOL!

The ganador is the one with only the end muffler, yes? is it really not TOO loud? They come up relatively

cheaply (for ti) on yahoo, i think they are discontinued..

Moneypit - Im sure its a cat back not just a muffler... if thats what your refering to..? I don't have a pic of it from under the car, maybe next time when I see Tim I can take a pic of it.

Well as opposed to my BLITZ Nur Spec which just roars on idle LOL! I can say the Ganador is not too loud.

Ah yeah LOL!

Well thats looks pretty much like it, a full cat back.

From what I can tell in Japanese = "新品 ガナドール BNR34 スカイライン GT-R RB26DETT 99/1~02/8"

yeah. Interestingly it is 80mm before the mid "muffler" -- and then opens up to 90mm to the rear muffler..

I suppose because of the difficulty obtaining 90mm dumps and 90mm cats!

also weighs 6kg vs stock 18kg

    • I wasn’t able to replicate the sound anymore. It was a one time sound so maybe it was just coincidence but it was like small pebbles being dropped in a coke can.   should I try cleaning the MAF? It could be it’s functioning but dirty? I don’t know.
    • Update 4: Hi all. The car drives again! Haven't driven for long, only to store it in the garage again, but the test drive was successful. The coolant and oil leaks seem to be fixed for now. Temps on the engine were also very good, while moving I never even saw 80C water during the approx. 30 minute drive. Ate up all the coolant in the reservoir though so will have to fill that even more when I go to the car next time. One thing that pisses me off is that the RPM gauge is still f**ked, I even resoldered the board twice and used copper paste on the silly screws that are used as connections. Next time I take it out I'll take apart the board and fit new components, I'll see if I can get a replacement IC for it.  I have an appointment set for 22nd of September for the engine tune to 370hp. Alignment also still needs to be done. My hope is that I can get all the legal stuff over with by the end of this season. Anyone of you have advice regarding intercoolers? Currently there is an APEXI core fitted, one of those weird hybrid ones, 600x270x76. I don't think it's bad but it's not new and now I still have the chance to change it now to legally include it in the paperwork. Only issue is that the only options that would arrive in time are a HKS Type R intercooler or generic Ebay spec intercoolers comparable to a JustJap one. Ideally I'd order a Plazmaman but it takes over a month to receive which would mean making the car legal has to wait until next season. Would love to hear some input on this. Same story for my injectors, the previous owner was a nunce and put ID 1050x on the engine. They work but are obviously not ideal at "normal" power levels. But I don't see a reason to change them unless the tuner says it's necessary. I read online before buying a different exhaust that the top secret style rear diffusers won't fit due to the size of the rear resonators. My buddy and I made it work by slightly "adjusting the shape" of the mounting bracket and making some spacers out of 3d print for the mounting bolts. Fits like a charm. Just putting this here in case someone has this problem. Even the hefty HKS Silent Hi Power rear can fits without hitting anything.
    • Well they got my money but they are not getting my gearbox !
    • It's needed for rolling idle up, and I think it is a decider on VCT also.
    • I mean, not really. Link ECU's can absolutely still have errors from the ECU thinking it's getting a sensor it's not expecting. I would imagine the speed at the ECU level in Nistune does absolutely nothing anyway? I assume the ECU does not do any fancy TC stuff with regards to front+rear wheel speed or anything of that like anyway. Someone who uses Nistune may be more fluent in it.
