hey im just wanting to know what are the benefits or running a fuel pressure regulator.and is it 100% neccecery to use on a modded rb25 running highish boost ?

yer im running the bosch 040 and 550 injectors..what advantage will i get from havving a fpr ?

None.

If you choose the correct size of injector for your power level, stock FPR is fine.

I had a stock FPR, 740cc injectors, and made 370rwkw.

Depends on the application, for my gtr it was a good think to set base pressure higher then standard as the nismo air flow meters put out such a low voltage at idle it was hard to get enough fuel into the engine at idle, we upped the pressure and altered the voltage scaling on the power fc and was able to get it right, with out it would be quite difficult.

You have to run a FPR. You don't have to run an aftermarket / adjustable FPR.

ran 280 with a stocker.... I think I might give an aftermarket a go one day see if its needed. Suppose a presure test is worth it first
