I am parting out, what I was told from the owner that bought it from the auction, is a 1993 Tommy Kaira Skyline GTR. I have parted out the complete car but only selling was is listed at this time. The motor was rebulit in 2002 by PowerCraft in Kudumatsu Japan. Here is the link to all the parts. I do not have a price list yet but am working on it. All parts are located in Iwakuni Japan. I can mail items through US or Japan's mail system. Please check prices before contacting me.

Correct me if I am wrong but the only thing on this car that resembles a Tommy Kaira tuned car is the front Grill Badge?

The Genuine Tommy Kaira vehicles include:

TOMMY KAIRA RECARO SEATS

TK STEERING WHEEL

TK RED MARKINGS TO 300 KPH SPEEDO

TK RED MARKINGS TO OIL TEMP/BOOST GAUGE/EXTERIOR TEMP GAUGES

TK GEAR KNOB

TK FLOOR MATS

TK ROCKER COVER

STRUT COVER SAYING "TOMMY KAIRA THE RACING SPIRIT TUNED BY TOMMY KAIRA JAPAN"

TK ON AIR BOX SAYING TK SPORTS AIR EEELEMENT

(TK NAME PLATE SHOWING LIMITED EDITION NUMBER #### AND SEPERATE CHASSIS NUMBER ###### BY TOMITA)

TK FRONT SPOILER WITH SUNK IN TK NAME PLATE

TK EXTENSION TO REAR WING WITH SUNK IN TK NAME PLATE

TK WHEEL CENTRES ON SPLIT RIM ALLOY WHEELS

TK BADGE TO BOOT LEFT SIDE

The owner that bought it from auction said that the paperwork said it was TK and he paid a higher price. Much has been changed out on the car as there were several owners. Not an expert at all but just giving you the best info i have. Thanks for the input, sounds like you are more familiar with TK cars.

    • Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.
    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
