Buying Your Paints And Spray Shops

hey guys/gals

looking at spraying my car for the smallest amount possible, was looking at some guys in the custom paint sticky who paid roughly $300 for paint and then hired a spray shop to apply it meaning he only spent about $900 on a sick paint job.

was wondering, where do you guys buy your car paint from (eg. bright orange)

and is there anyone on here or do you know any one who would prep and paint the car in a two tone effect if i supply the paint. not looking for door sills or engine bay, just the outside hoping cheap.
