lol, that dude come over to where i was with my patrol mates (one of them is a security guard at a few venues around town) and he knows him from vodka bar. apparently he gets a bit angry on occasion

ended up goin via the land of promise (as matt had to do some work down there), then jon and myself lapped town. got to see 50 odd people punching on as we drove past the woolshed haha

umm interesting now...getting kicked out of BP

Ha. I recall a year or two ago, the BP had a security guard who stood out front. Tried to get the bikers to move on. At that time they were trying to enforce a 30 minute maximum parking time. We argued it wasn't acceptable, because we were patrons, and to shoo us on in 30 minutes when we needed time to refuel, eat and drink. And they did not have signage in place to advise of the parking limits anyway.

Their next strategy was to close the public toilets. But that was illegal and we pointed that one out. Facilities must be made available to the patrons during full opening hours.

Must just be a BP thing :P Some dude at the Port Wakefield BP was complaining about Troy's car being parked at a pump ... when he was in the line to pay for fuel. The same dude just minutes later was parked in front of the automatic doors, next to my Stag (parked legally). :P When we left the BP I blew the guy a kiss.

So the question is, will you still go there after Vilis? Or is it time for a new venue?

As long as my biker mates still go there, then so shall I. We've been attending BP for over 8 years now and we haven't left yet. Its central, and its convenient ... and provides for good laughs at the wide variety of 'types' that go thru there. :P

BP should at least respect the BLUE MESH.....:P

I will most likely still go to BP what they going to do....as long as we keep buying something from there they cant tell us to move on really

well...if you guys want a run down south..i'll be fitting my turbs, doing my brakes and servicing the trans if ya's wanna do a fly by or even pop in to dribble shit...i'll be surounded by dattos as well...mainly 1600's

4 wagons and 1 sedan in the shed...occupying space with a 1200 sedan and a shitter fairlady...1 sedan outside occupying space wit a shitter exa turbo and a kitted honda which got reversed into....1 wagon is relatively drool worthy...other one is waiting for a s15 sr20 conversion to be finished...others are projects that havent even started...all up at pauls shed

Who is planning on coming to Villis tonight?...cos i am

I should be. I'll have the lad with me, plus I've got some running around to do beforehand ... like getting another bumper for the 33.

Ahh Cam he can tell us more jokes

or he can tell us more about zombies

as previously stated...i'll be giving my 31 an early 21st birthday pressie tonight up the end of panalatinga road..onkaparinga hills.....hopefully it wont be too cold

have fun with that, that road would have to be one of the smoothest i have seen in the south...actually in all of adelaide.

    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
    • Hey mate,  I have a set, one is slightly damaged but wont be noticable once installed.  Shoot me a message if your still after them
    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
    • You have a knack for photography my friend. It makes the 86 look like a complete bucket. The 34 went with you to Europe and back. It's special. (we all feel the same about our 'shitboxes' that every bystander seems to absolutely love)
