The video erroneously says 2008. I believe these changes are for 2009, according to the offical F1 website:

I think the cars look nicer, but thats IMHO. The driver-adjustable flaps are also good.

I meant that the rules were announced a long time ago...There's already a 250+ post thread on the 2009 F1 season that myself and a few other F1 fanatics regularly post in (especially once the season is in full swing) in the motorsport section that may interest you if you're into F1

Never been in the motorsport section let alone knew it existed! Another section I need to readily read.

I just saw it on the age website so I thought it was new. Apart from getting into it when the season starts or when I am reminded, usually I don't read much about it, my apologies.
