Fuel Pressure Regulators

hello all, had my car dyno'd and tuned last week, have bosch 044 fuel pump still with standard fuel pressure reg, and was told the the fuel pressure at idle is to high, hence making the car idle really rich and at around 1100rpm. Was told the the standard fuel pressure reg cannot physically bypass enough fuel back to the tank and could be putting excess load on the fuel pump at idle.

I am running,

Safc, bosch 44 fuel pump, 11psi boost, front mount.

Was interested if anyone else running similar setups to this has an aftermarket fuel pressure reg, if so what brand? did u install it yourself and if anyone has any idea wat the correct fuel pressure should b in the fuel rail at idle?

Any help/feedback would be greatly appresiated

Stock.. on my RB30 and the Neo in my stag..

I run the Nismo FPR along with Nismo fuel pump and Nismo injectors.

I did not change the FPR pressure though

Stock is good. As long as u have a bigge fuel pump.

I had a malpassi on my R31 with RB30ET @ 10 psi boost. Caused the car to ping, beware of non genuine malpassi's. Copys are common

Oh and RB's run a 3bar fuel system, meaning at idle with vaccum hose disconnected from the FPR you should see ~44psi
