Accomodation booked for GP weekend :). I am excite.

cool. they seem to be making a good name for themselves.

will have to take me for a ride when you do get it. curious to see how it feels compared to my old high flow.

My oil cooler came yesterday I think I got short changed on the hose lol but ahwell only got like 2 pieces 30cm long. But it has a shitload of earls fittings with it. BDO this weekend though so won't have a chance to fit it.

Yay for lots of earls fittings. Not yay for no hose :(

Work is doing a two week site release to help with the Flood cleanup so I'll be doing that for two weeks, should be interesting.

Good stuff. Im aiming to head out again Sunday (sat is dad's birthday).

damn braided line has to be the most pricey stuff around, although i seen how much braided teflon hose was the other day... I won't complain about normal braided line

When would you use braided teflon lines?

Tool, Rammstein, Deftones mang. We've got accomodation for the Sunday night so should be sick. Braided teflon hose = fuel lines. Don't get the fuel smell in the cabin as bad then when you're running a couple of external pumps + surge tank etc.

anybody got a trolley jack i can borrow/use?

need to jack the back of the car up to bolt the cage inside the wheel arches.

I have a low lift one you can borrow but I'd need it back by the weekend at the latest... and its a long trip for you.

Or I have a crappy repco one that you could borrow, still a long trip but you wouldnt need to return it so soon.

Can I interest you in a game of indoor cricket @ toombul, 5:50PM?

@Ravi, you wouldn't happen to play cricket would you?

I am out at our Zillmere office today and tomorrow, so not that far a drive.

Toombul, would need to go home grab a change of clothes, shoes etc then come back out. Wouldn't be able to do it by 5:50.

Not really man... don't mind the odd hit when half smashed with some mates in a backyard, but that's about my limit hahaha

i missed bread so much i ate half a loaf at lunch time...

      @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.

      I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.

      Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
