keen for dubstep "brown note" in the clubs. The beats that make everyone "lose their shit"

haha. made me lol...

Also, just for you playas...

Was just thinking it's a good thing I moved from Mackay a few years ago.

Sorry for bashing the Stain's. I've driven through with the windows up and doors locked but I've been a northsider all my life and have never wanted to venture near the stain's or logan.

Lived in Zillmere for a while, now that was exhilarating.

I work in the stains area. not that bad. most of the troublemakers i know either through work or family

funnily enough our other office is out at zillmere, and have seen some characters out there as well, but no real dramas to date

it helps being 120kg though.

The hell did I just watch?

in short.... Boobies being hit by some dude with a trombone. Girl drives some sort of car???

Didn't know what dubstep was.

Googled it.

Came up with this:

If that is it, I like it.

That's kinda like Dance vs. Dubstep.

This is some bowel moving dubstep.

Similar beat structure to DnB . 1/16th and 11/16th beat.

Some DnB guys love dubstep also. This is DnB group Pendulum's take of dubstep.

Mackay + leaving = smart move now.

Logan central is much worse. Stains is just full of harmless 16y/o mothers with 4 kids and their best dress thoongs ay......

Actually come to think of it, it's more like reggae vs dubstep.

The reggae thing works well with DnB due to the beat structure.

Whats DnB?

Dungeons and Baggins

Bilbo Baggins attempts to find his way through some dungeons and shit...

Sign me up for that game. That sounds awesome.

/\ This.

Miso, you made me lol.

Tall skin guy, DnB is short Drum 'n' Bass.

I suppose some people would say the same about metal like there's no difference between bring me the horizon and mastodon.

There is a big difference between good and bad dubstep.

Exactly - bad dubstep is bad. Good dubstep well... I'll upload a dubstep remix my friend and i worked on. Link coming soon.

Get ready to lol.

Duuuuuuuuude don't start about Zillmere - my dad has a house there and I house-sat for a month over xmas. Being woken up more than 50% of nights by groups of howling f**kwits at 2am?

Seriously? In this day and age?

It's ridiculous how living at Wavell Heights, like 7 minutes away, makes such a difference. I'm quite happy to walk around here at night, leave my laser unlocked on the street etc. I wouldn't even look through a window outside at Zillmere at night.

Have another request if someone has it. Im having trouble getting the very top bolt on the gearbox so im in need of a very long 1/2" extension bar or similar to get at it :thanks:

Morning Mangs,

I was going to do an epic quote post but now I cbf. So I will say.

Dubstep is so so.

Browns Plains is not dangerous at all. Just a bunch of 20y/o bogans who have mortgaged up to the hilt and like to drink at the RSL

Boobies are cool

Bike passed rwc yesterday. Will be ready to ride by the weekend

Where are we going tonight?

Work is gay

35m for Andy Carroll is absurd

Morning Mangs,

10 hours work yesterday, f*cking sucks. Be quiet Colin :P.

Ahh, the old 'bolt sent from satan and placed by nissan at the top of the gearbox'. Or 'bolt of satan' for short.

Dan's trick for getting that is have the shifter removed and tilt the back of the gearbox as far down as possible, then you can drop in from the cabin through the shifter hole with a ratchet and yeah lots of extensions and you should be able to get it easy.

Super cheap sell extensions pretty cheap. I'll try to bring some tonight if you are coming, not sure how many i can spare though (I'll need one or two for the weekend to pull my turbo off).

To go at it from underneath, you really need something like 5/8ths with wobble joints, and its a real prick.

My next few days will be spent making sure timing is good, it was running fine before doing the ECU and DBW swap, but want to verify.  I'll also probably swap in the new injectors I bought as well as a walbro 255 pump.
    • It would be different if the sealant hadn't started to peel up with gaps in the glue about ~6cm and bigger in some areas. I would much prefer not having to do the work take them off the car . However, the filler the owner put in the roof rack mount cavities has shrunk and begun to crack on the rail delete panels. I cant trust that to hold off moisture ingress especially where I live. Not only that but I have faded paint on as well as on either side of these panels, so they would need to come off to give the roofline a proper respray. My goal is to get in there and put a healthy amount of epoxy instead of panel filler/bog and potentially skin with carbon fiber. I have 2 spare rolls from an old motorcycle fairing project from a few years back and I think it'd be a nice touch on a black stag.  I've seen some threads where people replace their roof rack delete with a welded in sheet metal part. But has anyone re-worked the roof rails themselves? It seems like there is a lot of volume there to add in some threads and maybe a keyway for a quick(er) release roof rack system. Not afraid to mill something out if I have to. It would be cool to have a cross bar only setup. That way I can keep the sleek roofline that would accept a couple bolts to gain back that extra utility  3D print some snazzy covers to hide the threaded section to be thorough and keep things covered when not using the rack.
    • Probably not. A workshop grade scantool is my go to for proper Consult interrogation. Any workshop grade tool should do it. Just go to a workshop.
    • In my head it does make sense to be a fuel problem since that is what I touched when cleaning the system. When I was testing with the fuel pressure gauge, the pressure was constantly 2.5 bar with the FPR vacuum removed. When stalling, the pressure was going up to 3.0 bar (which is how it should be on ignition).
    • ECUtalk pages don't mention they support the ABS computer (consult port has more than one CAN), so you might just need a different scan tool. But, I would expect ABS is a different light to the brake warning/handbrake light, do you see an ABS light come on for a few seconds when you turn the key from ACC to IGN? But since you said: I'd have a look at the ABS sensors in the rear hubs to make sure they are not damaged, disconnected etc.
