Your kettle system is too complicated. You need to simplify the system in order to maintain efficiency. Here is a system template that I have used in the past with great success

1) Find a woman

2) Tell woman to put the kettle on (Cheeky grin/Ass pinch optional)

3) ???

4) Profit

5) Harassment lawsuit

Feel free to adapt this format as you see fit.

And now for something completely different.

ETS is another tax. It is equal to putting up the GST to 12.5% which would be unacceptable and produce an outcry. Read the following analogy and you will realize the insignificance of carbon dioxide as a weather controller.

Here’s a practical way to understand the PM’s Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme.

Imagine 1 kilometre of atmosphere and we want to get rid of the carbon pollution in it created by human activity.

Let’s go for a walk along it …

The first 770 metres are Nitrogen.

The next 210 metres are Oxygen.

That’s 980 metres of the 1 kilometre … 20 metres to go.

The next 10 metres are water vapor … 10 metres left.

9 metres are Argon … just 1 more metre.

A few gases make up the first bit of that last metre.

The last 38 centimetres of the kilometre – that’s carbon dioxide. A bit over 1 foot.

97% of that is produced by Mother Nature. It’s natural.

Out of our journey of 1 kilometre, there are just 12 millimetres left. Just over a centimetre. About half an inch.

That’s the amount of carbon dioxide that global human activity puts into the atmosphere.

And of those 12 millimetres, Australia puts in 0.18 of a millimetre. Less than the thickness of a hair. Out of a kilometre.

As a hair is to a kilometre – so is Australia’s contribution to what the PM calls Carbon Pollution.

God i hate that kind of shit.

"ohh, its such a tiny amount of carbon dioxide it can' tbe doing anything bad. Also OMG someone got a little bit of radiation on them, nuclear power is bad!". cant have your cake and eat it to.

Fact is, you might be only putting 3% more carbon in, but if that's enough to cause a certain amount of climate change that is bad, then that's what's happening. Now personally i think a better way to spend money would to future proof ourselves, but that's another argument.

didnt that volcano Ijjjjijklkdninihanhijaokoi spew out like 10 years worth of our carbon emissions in one hit. Surely that would have had a more significant affect on the planet than us atm? Until they back up their theory with some solid unmolested data proving that we are causing damage then I'm going to stand by my humans are insignificant in the grand scheme of things and we're more likely to die via zombie uprising than global warming.

German club a success. I couldn't finish my food though, living by myself for so long I'm not used to large proportions.

I got lost on the way home though.

german club is always epic meals.

Also don't give a flying f**k about the governments scare mongering tactics, it won't have a massive impact on the world while im alive so who cares

Hi guys.

One of my mate is chasing an RB20 /series 1 RB25 ignitor urgently. The car is on the dyno currently and is having spark breakdown. Tuner is saying ignitor. Do anyone have one he can buy/borrow for a day? He's happy to come pick it up, prefferably Inner west to Northside.

Dan/McFly/Anyone?

Suck the bone clean.

Do it.

I'll flim it.

Morning Mangs,

Don't really have the time or effort to bother debating anything. Just notice that i drive a skyline.

I saw a car in the carpark this morning with a sticker "My carbon footprint is bigger than yours". I thought it was a pretty bold claim :P.

German club FTW! Thanks again for the lift.

Can borrow the one of the uterus, but i'll need it back (or a replacement). He can either grab it off me from home this arvo (not sure what time i'll be home but I can let you know) or I can bring it to tonight.

Will you have my ECU tonight? Pretty Please? :)

    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
    • I don't get in here much anymore but I can help you with this.   The hole is a vent (air relief) for the brake proportioning valve, which is built into the master cylinder.    The bad news is that if brake fluid is leaking from that hole then it's getting past the proportioning valve seals.   The really bad news is that no spare parts are available for the proportioning valve either from Nissan or after market.     It's a bit of a PITA getting the proportioning valve out of the master cylinder body anyway but, fortunately, leaks from that area are rare in my experience. BTW, if those are copper (as such) brake lines you should get rid of them.    Bundy (steel) tube is a far better choice (and legal  in Australia - if that's where you are).
